[M4F] - In Which I've Never Had Much Interest in Nekos
I've never had much interest in nekos.
Sure, I'm aware of their existence, especially as the invention of the necessary genetic editing and breeding techniques - and subsequent legalization efforts - were big national news. There ensued a large scale ethical debate over them - were they pets? citizens will full rights? something in between? - a debate of which I was largely unaware at the time. I was in school back then and theoretical ethical questions around some new class of being couldn't have felt further away from my day-to-day reality.
Then nekos kind of fell out of the news, or at least the mainstream news followed by people like me. You'd see them out around the city occasionally, but even that was unusual - they're rare, tend to stay at home, and often wear outfits that hide their most obvious tell-tale features. For guys like me - Forty, recently divorced, handsome enough to meet women on the dating apps without too much difficulty - nekos simply aren't a relevant facet of day-to-day life in modern America.
My lack of awareness evaporates in a hurry when I get a call from an attorney representing my Great Aunt Sybil, who recently passed. Am I aware, he asked, that Sybil worked on the DNA editing technique, WISKR, critical to the creation of the first nekos? No, I am not. Would I be surprised to learn that Sybil called me out in her will? Yes, I very much would. Do I know that Sybil had a neko living at her house with her? I'm not exactly sure what that means.
As it turns out, Aunt Sybil's neko ("catgirl, if you're unfamiliar with the term neko," as the man puts it) is now in need of a home. At some point, Sybil judged me to be the most financially stable in the family due to my successful sale of my technology startup and further success with the stock market, and as a result decided to leave you, her neko, to me.
"She's an adult though, so I'm not really sure hat my responsibilities would be," I tell my sister on the phone a few hours later. She's a veterinarian and somewhat familiar with nekos, the closest thing I know to an expert.
"Yes, but, they tend to be...somewhat dependent," she explains.
"Okay, so I need to like feed and cloth her forever?"
"Well, maybe. Probably not? It really depends."
"That's helpful," I laugh. Susan laughs too.
"Well, a lot of them can do housework, cooking, that sort of thing. Some of them get jobs or live independently, but if Sybil left her to you she probably needs at least some amount of looking after. You just...you need to be careful."
"Careful how?"
"Well, they tend to...imprint."
"Imprint?"
"Yeah, you know. They kind of grow...attached. Biologically. Well, maybe a better word would be, sexually."
"Oh."
"Yeah."
Suddenly, I find myself extremely interested in nekos.
I do my research: What do nekos eat? What do they do for fun? Do they have unusual needs? Is "imprinting" really and how does it actually work? There's a surprising amount of information - and misinformation - out there. It seems possible that you'll imprint on me, possible that you routinely go into heat, possible that you'll be reliant on me, come to trust me, come to be something combination of a pet and a spouse and a roommate and a fuckbuddy. It's also very possible, sources assure me, that you'll run away in the first 48 hours.
What's real and what's fiction? I don't have much time to sift the wheat from the chaff - I'm scheduled to pick you up in the morning.
I'm early for my 10AM appointment. The attorneys had a neko specialist doctor check you out, hired movers to help you get your things packed and shipped, then scheduled me to come by their office to sign the paperwork. I wait in the lobby, eyeing every woman I see and wondering if she's you. If I spot you, you've done an awfully good job hiding that you're a neko.
Finally I'm called in, and there you are, sitting at a large conference table in front of a large stack of papers, papers that will make you mine: My responsibility, my charge, my catgirl.
"Where do I sign?" I ask with a mix of eagerness and trepidation.
Much like my character I've never really been interested in nekos, but I guess that is about to change since you're moving in with me. Most other details are up for discussion.
Kinks I'd potentially like to include (almost all optional) in this one are lots of oral in both directions, light (and not so light) bondage/restraints, wetness/squirting, threesomes, toys, outfits, praise, cat puns, and a lot more.
I'm looking for something long-term with 3-5 real paragraphs (say 250-500 words) per reply every day or two. Check out my profile for more about me or drop me a DM if you'd like to play! I'm happy to chat about one of my other prompts if this caught your attention but isn't your thing.
