Help needed please

I haven't touched rocket league since like 2018, I played all my comp matches and got ranked in gold 1. All my opponents can air dribble perfectly and I get destroyed each match, I can't properly dribble or control the ball in the air. Can anyone recommend me any videos or maps or settings to help me get better at anything? I am on console
