Did they add more mission stories to the Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 maps?

I was looking at which map to play for a while and I noticed that there were maps from H1 and H2 that were missing mission stories to complete, which is weird because I always complete the mission stories, it's the first thing I always do.

Could it be that they added more or that layers don't register the mission as completed?
