Can I apply for Re-admission if my admission cycle has ended?

I took admission in July 2020 and cleared my first year without exams due to COVID. However, I had to pause my studies during my second year due to personal reasons.

Is there a way to resume my studies? Can I apply for re-admission and continue from the second year, or will I need to repeat the first year?

What is the process for either scenario?
