When did this happen...

I've been an associate for about 9 months now and I remember back when I was living an unsavory addiction fueled lifestyle that I would've Never and I repeat Never been able to get a job with this company. Every person I knew that worked at one said that they didn't fuck around with lazy asses and will give you a couple of warnings,but then,you kick rocks. Now it's like it's the worst of the worst type of coworkers,the shittiest customer service,I mean the way some employees talk to the people that just want their goods is crazy,not like someone that talked sideways to them,just a regular person not making waves and asking a simple question that We are supposed to help with,but I see TLs talking and treating customers like shit. It's like there was a memo that went out a decade ago and said"alright,fuck it. Do what you want" I just don't know what went wrong here.
