Mad moxxi trophy question

I was trying to 100% the mad moxxi dlc on the game of the year edition on ps4. I was doing the split screen low level host trick to try and breeze through them. 16 hours straight and my game crashes on round 19 of 20 on the last one, angelic ruins. I've got the other trophy so here is the question. I had the host as guest 1 so it didn't save progress for my main profile so do I have to repeat each of the large challenges or can I just repeat the small ones and then just finish up the large challenge for angelic ruins to get the big tournament trophy. Because if I have to repeat EVERYTHING then I might just give up on this franchise altogether.
