Live with so much embarrassment

I have bad vv in both legs. But my right leg is especially bad from inner thigh to knee shine and ankle. It's so depressing. I don't have pain or anything. But it's horrible too look at And even more depressing when there is no safe treatment or surgery is too risky. How can I live the rest of my life like that?
