upgrade from 5 5600x to 7 5700X3D

Currently running a 6700 non xt and a 5 5600x, it still performs nicely, but lacks in my most played games like rust, etc. Would this upgrade be worth it, am not looking to upgrade to AM5 and the 5700X3D costs about ~200 euro.
