Worried I effected sperm count

We have egg retrieval in like 3 hours.

I have been nervous about being able to donate properly right before we go like I need to. So I have been kind of teasing myself and some stroking to get myself aroused. But I'm worried now that maybe the prep/building up will effect my sperm count/motility today when it counts.

Anyone know if this is true or if I am just panicking over nothing because I'm nervous?
