Airtag Question

So my sister has an airtag on her daughter's carseat (that I JUST learned about yesterday) for when the baby daddy has her to keep track of her location. Last night I was told that I'm being tracked via my parents to see what I'm doing overnight. I work overnights and they're questioning what I'm doing, so they decided to track the airtag. I live in MD, and I did not nor do I consent to this. It is their car, however with the tag being on the carseat because it is moved between vehicles to solely track my niece, the car is not the designated tracked object. Is there anything I can do?
