When can I take cyclobenzaprine after tizanadine?

I forgot that I was supposed to stop tizanadine and start taking cyclo instead. I took tizanadine at 5am, when is it safe to take cyclo?

I also take quetiapine 400mg and doxepin 75mg at night and vyvanse 10mg in the morning if that matters.
