New seat for my NLR F/GT cockpit

Hey, so I recently swapped my F/GT from the formula position into the GT position, and finding the stock seat that came with the cockpit to no longer be that comfortable, I’m debating between the ESR3 and the ESR5 anyone have any pros or cons for either one?
