Permanent Makeup Laser Removal in Iowa?

Google can't seem to help me so I figured I'd ask here: does anyone know of a business that offers laser removal for permanent makeup, specifically eyeliner? A special eye protection thing is needed to do eyeliner, which I can't seem to find anyone in Des Moines who has it. I'm willing to travel.
