Update & THANK YOU

Idk if posts like this are allowed but I just wanted to publicly thank everyone who reached out to me, shared their LinkedIn and helped me out. One of you even spent 2 hours with me on Zoom letting me vent and tailoring my resume (at no cost).

Some of you really encouraged me to use the time to pursue my true passion in my time off, which is photography. Thanks as well for that.

You’re good at your jobs. It’s so apparent so many of you are wonderful people who do not deserve to cross paths with narcissistic people. I can tell based on the way so many of you took the time to hold space for me & help me any way you could, that anyone you work for is lucky to have you.

I have taken yesterday and today off with a note from my psychiatrist. Thursday I’ll show up to the final PIP meeting (which they’re actually trying to make me schedule?) get fired, and be free of the worst 11 months of my life. Then comes the recovery, which I know will take longer.

Anyway - thank you all so very much. So grateful for this sub. It was a big reminder for me that kindness exists and I will continue to pay it forward.
