[Rec] Fantasy LNs with depth

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for new fantasy LNs to read, as I have trouble finding ones that interest me.

I have read:

Ascendance of a Bookworm (Extremely Good, very in depth)

Mushoku Tensei (Extremely Good, very in depth)

Deaths Daughter and the Ebony Blade (Really good, enough depth for the lenght of the story)

Reincarnated as a Slime (Good, but i did not enjoy Vol. 10+ as much)

Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles up to Vol. 20 (Pretty good, but the harem part is obnouxious)

Secrets of the Silent Witch (Up to Vol. 3, ok, but not gripping me completely)

Reborn to master the blade (ok, but definately not very in depth)

My Daughter left the nest and returned an S Rank Adventurer Vol. 1 (Ok, but not gripping me)

Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World Vol 1. (Ok, but not gripping me)

Disciple of the Lich Vol. 1 (Feels very Generic and i do not like the MC)

What I am looking for would be something similar to Mushoku Tensei or Ascendance of a Bookworm. I like the writing, characters and story to have depth cause thats what I really enjoyed about those. I am up for more action heavy stories, but also more chill stuff, should still be fantasy though. I also like at least a tad of romance (harem is also ok, if its not just there for no reason and feels obnouxious) if it actually leads somewhere and isnt just a tease the entire time.
