Self fat removal: reuploading here in case it gets deleted

I (23 AFAB) have struggled with joint and back pain since I was 13. Recently, I found a lipoma on my back and my chest, which I am almost positive have been making my problems worse. The one on my back is about an inch away from my spine on the surface, but about 3 months ago my legs would get this buzzing feeling (more like drunk feeling then I lost blood flow and my legs fell asleep) and then go completely numb when I would try to walk and then a month later we found the lipoma. And for the last 2 months or so when I wake up I would feel like my chest/ribs were caving in and then a week ago I found the lipoma on my chest.

I, once again, was told that my pain comes from me being fat. I am currently 190 and 5ft 4. I know i am overweight. But when my joint pain started I was in soccer and karate. I was absolutely not fat then. And when my legs started having issues, I was losing weight and walking every night. I was 200 lbs, lost 15lbs, then my legs were having issues and I gained 5 back. Everyone told me as soon as I started losing weight I would feel better but I just get worse every time I do lose weight.

I am so fucking sick of being told my pain comes from me being fat. I know the weight does not help, but the weight gain happened because of the pain. So im going to prove a point. Im going to cut off as much fat as I can get to from the surface. Maybe they will take me seriously if I go in a few pounds lighter.

I will use isopropyl alcohol to sanitize everything, and I will make shallow incisions on top of the fat to avoid going deep enough to hit organs or arteries. My questions are

  1. If I drank alcohol to help with pain and put a nicotine patch on, would they cancel each other out for blood thinner/vein restriction so Im not at more risk for blood clots or bleeding out?
  2. If i get ahold of some fat and tug on it will the fat come off or will I need to slice it off?
  3. Are there any major arteries on top of the fat I should be aware of
  4. If i soak it in isopropyl alcohol would a sewing needle and thread be ok to sew me back up or would i be better off just packing it with gauze or trying to use a lighter to cauterize it.
  5. Would it be better to do several small incisions or one large incision.
  6. If I do it in a bath tub would it be better to have hot water, cold water, or no water. And if some water how much.
  7. Anything else I have not thought of that you can think of.
