Had a Cyst removal surgery yesterday...

NSFWIs this HS?

Had a cyst on my left groin finally removed after 7 years. The doctor said it was quite deep and long and 'gristly' i didnt look at it but apparently it isnt just a normal cyst. Im feeling scared because i dont want HS and i dont want this to get progress and get worse as ive only had this one reoccuring cyst in my groin. the doctor is sending it off for pathology to see what it is but highly suspects HS.

also, because they didnt anticipate how deep the cyst had grown, they didnt use enough anaesthetic. Im traumatised ngl.

The site is approx 2-3 cm long, 3 stiches so the scar and healing shouldnt be too invasive.

Atm i am taking these supplments,

1000mg cod liver oil

immunity support tablet which contains zinc 15mg, tumeric 250mg,

lots of vitamin D and C, 35mg of vitamin D and 1210mg of vitamin C

and an overall beauty tablet which also contains another 15mg of zinc so 30mg in total.

Is there anything else i can do to speed recovery up and prevent a new cyst from forming? i am in the process of laser hair removal.
