SIP portfolio review

question

I'm new to investing and started a 1.5 years ago(25k p.m). I'm looking to invest for medium to long horizon. Being a very naive investor and aspiring for more returns, my portfolio consisted of 60 percent mid and small cap and rest - large and flexi cap. Also, I did based on the recent years' returns which was a grave mistake. But with the recent market correction, I learnt and realised my mistakes and changed the portfolio as per below:

ICICI bluechip fund (35%) Parag Parik Flexi cap fund (20%) HDFC Flexi cap fund (20%) Nippon India small cap fund (12.5%) HDFC mid cap fund (instead of Motilal Oswal mid cap) (12.5%)

Seeing the PE ratio of mid and small cap, I feel it is still overvalued. Should I change this (add 5% in Small and mid) - after couple of months if Small and mid cap goes down, so that I can buy more units at low.

Please advise. Thanks in advance.
