i used nicotine on the combo pill

yesterday i hit a vape probably no more than ten times then once today. i only just found out that nicotine can reduce effectiveness of birth control? im on the combination pill, and i had unprotected sex three days ago and its first week since placebo. am i still safe or is there a risk of me ovulating? ive still taken my pill dead on 7pm each day as usual but the whole nicotine thing has freaked me out 😭 i had a pregnancy six months ago so i am absolutely terrified to be pregnant again, help a stressed girl out pls x
