Should I start dut or just continue with fin

So 25 and it's been almost a year since i have started fin (1mg/day) and min 5% once daily

I have literally zero regrowth and I think i am now on nw 4. I'm feeling absolutely devastated inside tbh.

Should I just start dut? Or just give up and accept my fate? P.s: i live in a thirld world country so I don't really have money for a hair transplant.
