Apple Intelligence stops working/activating on iPhone 16 Pro

I have an iPhone 16 Pro running the latest iOS public beta. Just yesterday, Apple Intelligence stopped working for me. I couldn’t trigger it with the side button or the “Hey Siri” command. The camera control button also doesn’t trigger the AI.

I rebooted the phone and that didn’t fix it. When I toggled off Apple Intelligence in the settings and toggle it on again, it re-downloaded and worked for a while. Now this morning, I’m back in the same boat again.

Any idea why this is happening or how I can fix it?
