artisanal guilds or markets in Bavaria or Black Forest?

I’m of German ancestry and will be vacationing in Bavaria and the Black Forest this spring, which is a rare occasion for my wife and me. I am wondering if people could share recommendations for guilds or markets in either region where artisans sell heirloom quality items?
