How long should I wait between stretches if I already had stretched ears?

Hii! I know there’s time you should wait between stretches however im wondering if that’s different for someone that already had stretched ears. The second time I stretched them after I took them out after a year it only took like three months to get up to a 00g or 12mm i don’t remember which? However they’re fully “closed” now people can’t tell they were stretched. Of course they’re a bit bigger than normal lobes but you don’t notice until you look close. My right ear is at 8g i believe cause i passed a taper through it a few months ago to see and my left is at 10-12g. However I haven’t used my lobes barely like earrings or anything since I stretched approximately 2 years ago. How long should I wait between stretches ?
