Alternative Software That Has a Turbo Feature

I was recently told by a member on the team that in order for me to get the turbo feature id have to buy another lifetime or subscription license instead of just getting it individually because I already had a 7$ life time license with some other features. Most people use this for controller but i mainly use this software to rebind my mouse buttons and i need the turbo feature. Are there any other software's that have this feature so i can just switch?
