Death/Hitman Threat scam?????

Basically me and my friend thought it would be funny to talk to people on dating apps and see how it goes. I started talking to this one guy who’s older than me and we were just having casual conversation. Pretty quickly I realized us having a fun conversation turned south real fast. He started asking me about lots of information and I of course just used a fake name and pretended to be someone who didn’t exist. Then my bank messaged me and said someone had got into my account so I immediately changed my username and password. The guy then messaged me and said I had stolen money from him even though I had done nothing. Somehow this random man had gotten into my bank account and took around $80 dollars which was whatever but very very concerning. After changing my account logins I deleted everything I had on the dating apps and blocked his number last night as we had been messaging on messenger. Then this morning I got a long concerning message from a different number saying something along the lines of: “Daddy (insert name of the man I was talking to) has said you have stolen money from him and I was hired to take you out” I blocked the number basically immediately because I was scared. But it said something along the lines that they already have all the information needed to find me and if I don’t want things to get serious to reach out or something like that. Attached to the long message were pictures of gore. I didn’t want to view them fully but I had seen a glimpse of people’s faces beaten in, blood in the back of car seats, people beaten down. I am now very shaken by the whole experience. I don’t know how he got into my bank account, he must have found out my real name. My bank account is now safe and that’s not my concern anymore, I just don’t know if i’m safe or not. Both of the numbers that messaged me weren’t in my area code so that makes me feel better. I also didn’t share any pictures of myself and lied about my schooling and workplace. I was thinking about changing my phone number too so they can’t contact me anymore. If anyone’s been in a similar situation please help. I am not currently very paranoid and concerned for my safety. Do you think it’s just a scam?
