Unable to access Steam community

Hello, I have been unable to access the Steam community via the Steam application or browser for the past two days. In the Steam application, I'm getting errors like invalid SSL certificate. While the store page opens and I can download games, I can't access anything related to the Steam community. When I tried to open a direct link today, it said that access to this URL is prohibited.

I've tried accessing it using other ISPs like my mobile JIO hotspot and it worked fine. I even changed my DNS settings to google, and that also worked. Can someone confirm if the Steam community is banned in India or is this issue specific to the Hathway ISP?
