String Theory and Noneuclidean Geometry
So I am doing a Presentation on Noneuclidean Geometry and one Field of application I heard mentioned is in String Theory. And I understand the basics of String Theory but I don’t understand how Noneuclidean Geometry could be applied to String Theory. Can anyone explain how they are connected? I also have read somewhere that the Strings fold into like 10 Dimensions, whats the matter with that? I have searched for the relation of String Theory and Noneuclidean Geometry but I have found nothing. Maybe someone has a good source? Thanks in Advance
