Tips for the informal relationship permit

Hi all! My partner has received an offer to work in Warsaw and I'd love to join them there, but we are not married. I understand the "informal relationship" status is the way to go.

• Does anyone have any experience in getting approved for this?
• How did you go about setting up the annuity portion?
• Any other tips on getting it processed as quickly and smoothly as possible?
