It’s a tough gig

I’ve been a pick up associate for a little over a year. The job goes pretty smoothly when the customers items are available in the designated areas. However, when I have to go and hunt for an item it puts me behind. Especially when associates, in a particular department, are not available to help. I get frustrated and management gets frustrated with me. As if it’s my fault the item(s) aren’t where they’re originally supposed to be. It can be quite overwhelming.
