As soon as I made it, my horizon account got banned

So recently I got a Quest 3S and went through the setup process, I installed the said meta horizon app and made an account, immediately it got flagged for going against their terms and services even though I am 13 so it can't be about age. I tried disagreeing but it wouldn't accept my verification selfie thing. What should I do?
