Releasing a previously released track in a VA/compilation album

My friends and I are working on a compilation album featuring local producers. We're planning to release it on CD Baby (or another similar service if recommended). A few of the tracks have been previously released by the artists themselves via Distrokid. I'm concerned about potential copyright issues re-releasing these tracks on CD Baby. Could the tracks be muted or taken down due to prior releases? What steps should I take to ensure a smooth release and avoid any problems?
