Where is Exclusive Fullscreen Mode?

I'm really enjoying the game, but I’ve been having stuttering issues that seem to be tied to the lack of an Exclusive Fullscreen mode. Right now, it looks like the game only runs in Borderless or Windowed modes, which introduce extra latency and inconsistent frame pacing due to Windows' DWM (Desktop Window Manager) handling the rendering.

Exclusive Fullscreen is important because:
- It allows the game to run with lower input latency by bypassing DWM.
- It gives direct control over the refresh rate and prevents frame pacing issues.
- It reduces stuttering, especially in high-refresh-rate monitors or VRR setups.

Without it, the game feels sluggish and stutters at times, even with high FPS. Are there any plans to add Exclusive Fullscreen as an option? It would make a huge difference for performance and responsiveness!
