Ankle MRI, does the practitioner sees my head during the scan ?

Hi, kind of a silly concern, but I'd like to know if the practitioner is going to see see my head/face during an ankle MRI. I have an implant on my face that I am really not particularly proud of that I'm going to get removed, and I'd rather not have anybody know until then...
I've red that for ankle/foot MRIs, the lower body goes in the bore first, but will my head get in front of the scan and appear on the practitioner's screen at any point ?
