Best lookout or road of the Blue Mountains from the bottom

Is there a lookout or road somewhere in the Grose Valley where you can see the mountains looking up from the bottom? All the main lookouts are from the top but I can’t find any from the bottom where it would seem like you are surrounded by mountains.
