DJM-250MK2 - Channel fader not affecting volume meter

I have a Pioneer DJM-250MK2 that is stuck in some kind of pre-fader mode, but through all my online research, it's not supposed to come with a pre-fader mode available. So I'm clueless as to what's going on.

When I raise the volume on Channel 1 or 2 while in phono with two PLX-1000's hooked up, the volume meter of each channel is not affected. The actual volume sound does go up and down as I adjust the fader, but the meter itself doesn't show this. The meter only gets affected when I lower or raise the trim knob. Is this a bug or random mode that I somehow put the mixer into? I left it powered off and unplugged for awhile and I even did a firmware upgrade to 1.08.

I've attached a video that hopefully shows accurately all my knob settings and what's happening with the meter. Thanks for any help.
