OTJ logbook entries - what to write

I have just started a level 3 IT apprenticeship and am currently filling out my OTJ logbook.

Could someone please provide some examples of what to include? I have been working as 1st line support for the helpdesk of the company I work at. What are some examples I can include? Would it be like learning about the ticketing system itself? Or more technical stuff like AD?
