WES evaluation after being selected?!

I got my acceptance letter for ms a few days ago, the uni sent a letter today asking for a WES evaluation as a final step for admission.

I’m a bit confused and worried — is this normal? Does this mean my offer can be rescinded if I don’t submit it, or is this just a routine step that everyone has to go through?
