Does it mean something or am I overthinking it??

Some days ago me and a close friend (who I might, probably, almost certainly, be crushing on) were at the gym together and during conversation she said that she was a bit bummed because most of her friends went on dates during Valentine's while she hung out with her best friend who's single too. After that, she talked about the fact that her past crushes lasted like a week, because she didn't ask out any of them and eventually they all fizzled out.

Do you think that was a hint towards me or am I just delusional??
