RedTiger F7N rear camera footage

I'm probably missing something obvious, but I can't find the rear camera footage from my dash cam. Both cameras were installed by a shop. I have the app installed and can view and download videos from the front camera but can't even view videos from the rear camera. Google has been no help.

I appreciate any help you can provide!
