Macro Flash - MF-R76 or V860III?

Hey folks

Glad I've found this behemoth of an information source!

Yet I've not found anything in particular on my current pending buying decision: Godox MF-R76 or V860III.

I've reentered with a Lumix G9 and a M.Zuiko digital ED 60mm 2.8 Macro.

Intended motives are spiders, fungi and indoor plants.

Which of the both would you choose?

Or would you choose something completely different?

Price range is roughly 250.-
