Please help

I’m not sure if I should head to the ER or not. It’s currently 3:52am. My 2 and a half month old has been screaming and I mean screaming since about 1am. We’ve tried burping, gripe water, swaddeling, standing, swaying with him, a bath. Absolutely nothing has helped and I’m at my wits end. I can’t handle the crying anymore and I don’t know what to do.
