The guy ran off with my phone without paying

He was Black, about 175 cm tall, of medium build, and around 25-30 years old.
The car was a white minivan. Its license plate was VZH-68-G (or possibly VZH-68-Z - I didn’t catch the last character clearly).
His phone number was >!+31 6 84651485!<, but it’s probably deactivated by now.
He told me a story about his pregnant wife before he ran off.

It’s incredibly frustrating that things like this happen here.

I received the phone as a gift, but I needed the money and decided to sell it.
This was a significant amount of money for me.

The guy just left without paying—can someone help me find him?
Based on my experience and the stories I’ve heard, I have little hope that the police will help.
