Impacted Canines – Too Late to Fix at 19(F)? Advice on Invisalign vs Braces. Is an extraction required?

question

Hi, I have an impacted canine that hasn’t come down. I’ve heard it can be harder to move canines with age, so I wanted to clarify a few things:

  1. Is it too late for me to bring the canine down without extracting any tooth?
  2. Would Invisalign/clear aligners work for this, or are traditional braces a better option? How effective would either be in my case?
  3. If treatment is possible, how long does it typically take to move a canine down at this age?
  4. If extraction is absolutely necessary (which I’d prefer to avoid), can the gap be filled with bonding or something similar to avoid a visible hole? I'm extremely insecure mainly about the gap.

Appreciate any advice, thanks!
