How to pass my AP exams?

I feel so anxious about AP exams, i’m a sophomore and It’s my first time taking AP exams, (AP chem, AP bio, and AP precalc). Any studying advice would really help me because I am struggling in Biology, and it seems like nothing is helping me because i’m not going good on my tests, yet I understand everything. I feel like everything is worded weirdly. Math is straight forward, but AP chem is self study. I am going pretty straight forward but I am still packed with everything I feel like I need to really lock in. People who have taken these AP courses, how was it? and what did you do to succeed?
