Is the 5700XT worth it if I can't source a 5700x3d now?

Hello every one, looking for some advice. I'm looking for my best option for keeping the AM4 socket alive for a few more years as I'm happy with the performance of the rest of my PC and cant justify doing a new build with GPU prices anyways. I was originally thinking of a 5700x3d / 5800x3d but they appear to no longer be available Canada wide, with the only sources I can find being sketchy 3rd party or ebay used ones for $400-450 CAD. Would the 5700xt for under $300 CAD still be a good upgrade for my current rig? 90% of usage is gaming.
