Genentech Internship

I applied to 3 internships for summer 2025, 2 of them are 1-year long internships. I haven’t heard back and it’s been like several weeks (1-2 months for 2 of them and 1-2 weeks for the other one). They all still say “application being reviewed by HR or Hiring Manager”, what does this mean? Should I just expect a rejection soon? 😅 they are all health policy or equity/inclusion for master’s/phd students or grads.
