Gabapentin is causing pain?

Hi. I’m in a lot of pain, have been for a long time. Is starting to lose hope of ever getting better. Am I crazy, or can gabapentin causing more pain? Have noticed that the pain is increasing after taking the pills.

Have any of you guys had a similar experience? Please, I’m at my wits end. Have my first neurologist appointment next week. I need a new med, but have already tried Trilepetal, I’d didn’t work. It also caused me more pain.
