Chronic bloody diarrhea and vomiting.

Spayed rescue female dog has had bloody diarrhea and vomiting for about a month. Had normal poop until then, we are not sure if it was a food switch but we went back to the same food and nothing helped. We've been to 3 vets. Vomiting was coffee ground but after the carafate and famotidine it got better.

First round of meds: carafate, famotidine, metronidazole. 2 weeks. Nothing helped. Bland diet, chicken and rice, and pumpkin. Nothing helped.

Next vet second round of meds: carafate, metoclopramide, Tylan powder. Rx salmon diet. 7 days so far, nothing helps.

Typically she drinks and eats and has table energy throughout the day. Today she is low energy and doesn't want the rx diet but will eat other kibble. Is drinking.

Gums are pink with good return. No vomiting today , today I didn't give any meds. I think they are making her worse esp the abx.

We have spent so much money and time and even the rescue helped but nothing is helping.

I need help. My partner will never want to return our dog but I'm at a point where my mental health is suffering and we are all suffering.
