New "security"

Just got off the phone with the Ohio lottery office after I couldn't validate my brand new ID, the picture of my face, etc. they said they would be happy to give me a lottery office address, and after I submit a blood, semen, urine, and stool sample, that they would be happy to validate my account. They already have every single form of my identity, bank account number, social, drivers license, address, DNA, etc. does anyone think this is safe after they were hacked for a whole month last year? 😂😂😂
