Gym headphones

Ladies what are some good headphones that cost under $200 that is good for the gym? Whenever I see ones ppl on tiktok or insta are wearing it is always $400 and I don't want to drop that kind of money. And I don't know if this is stupid to ask cause I have never bought headphones before i have only used earplugs, is it suppose to automatically link to your phone? Or do I have to make sure to double check that before buying?
